Humwe Connect is intended for Zimbabwean youth aged 18 to 35 and experienced mentors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. User Conduct

All users are expected to maintain a professional and respectful environment. You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Post inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content.
• Use the platform for any illegal activities or unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

4. Mentorship Guidelines

Mentors and mentees are responsible for managing their own relationships. Humwe Connect provides the tools for connection but is not responsible for the specific advice or outcomes resulting from mentorship sessions.

• Punctuality: Both parties should respect each other's time.
• Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of discussions during sessions.
• Integrity: Provide honest guidance and feedback.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a threat to the community.

6. Limitation of Liability

Humwe Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform. We provide the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
